100 Women is a project set up by City Gateway to celebrate 100 different women’s lives and stories, and to bring these women and the community around them closer together. Our aim is to bridge the gap between local communities and the international firms which work alongside them in Tower Hamlets, and to cross the divide between different generations of the women in the borough. Women we work with come from many different social backgrounds, cultures and generations, they all now live in Tower Hamlets, and came to City Gateway to find new opportunities
