Relationship Manager

The main task for this role is the marketing and lead generation for Gateway Media’s services. This will include managing and updating databases, contacting potential customers by telephone and assisting the business development manager in sales campaigns. You may also carry out market research. This role focuses both on existing clients and new business and you should be able to quickly understand our service offering and be able to discuss appropriate services that fit our potential client’s needs.

Production Assistant

The main task will be to assist our creative producer in the production of corporate videos, design work and web projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of work is produced to specific deadlines. They will have a good knowledge and experience in new media and project management at a degree level or equivalent. The role will include aspects of the following:
Video production projects:
Creating a brief and creating storyboards/scripts and pre production planning
Producing on video shoots including carrying out interviews
Ensure post production is carried out to the brief, is of a high quality and is delivered to the agreed deadline
Design projects:
Creating a brief and communicating with the client and design team.
Following our workflow to ensure high quality delivery to deadline
Web projects:
Communicating with web development team, leading on project delivery

Project Management experience essential
Knowledge of using creative programs (Final Cut, Photoshop, InDesign)
