Gateway Media Seminars and Workshops - Terms and Conditions

Seminars and workshops are delivered as part of the consultancy services of Gateway Media. These services are sometimes offered free of charge. By registering to receive these free services or attend free events delegates agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

   1.      Registration is only open to Business Owners, Directors, General Managers, Heads of Departments and Senior Managers, namely individuals who are responsible for the direction and strategic decisions that can affect the bottom line of their organisation or departments.
   2.      In order to participate in and contribute to our advertised seminars or workshops you will be required to supply some basic information. Any personal and/or corporate information supplied to Gateway Media as part of this process and/or any other interaction with Gateway media will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   3.     Gateway Media reserves the right to terminate and/or modify the format of seminars and workshops or these terms and conditions. We will endeavour to inform organisations and delegates that will be affected by whichever means deemed most appropriate, e.g. mail, phone or e-mail.
   4.      Registration is transferrable and delegates who meet the above criteria can register on the day at the venue.
   5.      Gateway Media disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by misprint, or by human or technical errors related to the submission and/or administration of registration.
